  8. Strawberry Spinach Salad

  10. 1 pound fresh spinach
  11. 1/2 pound strawberries, sliced
  12. 1/2 pound grapes, halved
  13. 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  14. 1/4 pound fresh bean sprouts
  15. 1/4 c real bacon bits
  16. 1 cup white wine vinegar
  17. 2 T sugar
  18. 1 t Worcestershire sauce.

  20. Wash spinach thoroughly; drain and pat dry.  Remove and discard any tough
  21. stems.  Break into bite-size pieces; place in large salad bowl.  Add
  22. strawberries, grapes, onion, sprouts, and bacon.  In small bowl, stir
  23. together remaining ingredients.  Pour over salad; toss.  Serve
  24. immediately.  Serves 6-8.
